1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session or purchasing a package through HaloRed Health ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our self-service wellness booths and website.

2. The Service

HaloRed Health provides self-service infrared red light and halotherapy wellness sessions in private, unstaffed booths. Sessions are operated entirely by the customer after booking. No staff will be present during your session. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the health screening requirements and that you are using the booth at your own discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book and use our services independently. Minors (ages 13–17) may use our booths only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. Children under 13 are not permitted. You must be physically capable of safely using the booth and must not have any contraindicated health conditions listed in our Health & Safety Waiver (presented at booking).

4. Bookings

When you book a session:

• You reserve a specific time slot. Arriving late reduces your session time — the slot ends at the originally scheduled time.
• For single sessions, you will receive a payment link by email. No charge is made at booking. Payment is required before the booth activates.
• For pass redemptions, one session credit is deducted from your pass at the time of booking. No payment is required at the door.
• A confirmed booking does not guarantee access if you arrive outside your scheduled window.

5. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect sessions already booked or packages already purchased.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Single sessions: No charge is made until you pay at arrival, so no refund is needed for cancellations before payment. If you have paid but cannot attend, contact us within 24 hours and we will issue a credit for a future session (not a cash refund).
• Packages: Packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions remain on your account for 12 months from the purchase date, after which they expire without refund.
• Service outages: If a booth is unavailable due to equipment failure, we will reschedule your session or issue a full credit.
• No-shows: Single-session no-shows (payment link not used within 30 minutes of session start) result in the slot being released with no charge. Pass redemption no-shows forfeit the session credit.

7. Health & Safety

Red light therapy and halotherapy are wellness modalities, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Health & Safety Waiver, which includes contraindication disclosures. Do not use our services if any contraindication applies to you. If you are unsure, consult a licensed healthcare provider before your session.

You are responsible for your own safety during the session. Exit the booth immediately if you feel unwell.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaloRed Health and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or health outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaloRed Health, its affiliates, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

• Do not bring food, beverages (other than water), or alcohol into the booth.
• Do not use the booth for any purpose other than the wellness session for which it was booked.
• Do not attempt to access the booth outside your reserved time slot.
• Leave the booth in the condition in which you found it. You are liable for damage caused by misuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to HaloRed Health and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
