1. Who We Are

HaloRed Health ("we," "us," or "our") operates self-service infrared and halotherapy wellness booths. Our primary location is HaloRed Therapy @ My Salon Suite, Louisville, CO. You can reach us at info@haloredhealth.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you book a session or purchase a package, we collect:

• Name and email address — to send your booking confirmation and session reminders.
• Phone number — optional; used to generate your unique booth access token.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
• Session data — date, time, and type of sessions booked and redeemed.

We do not collect health information, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Send booking confirmations and session reminders via email (Resend, Inc.).
• Generate and deliver your booth access QR code through the Nayax Lynx system.
• Maintain records of session redemptions for pass balance tracking.
• Respond to support inquiries you initiate.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers

We share data only with the vendors necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery.
• Nayax Ltd. — vending machine card activation for booth access.
• Supabase, Inc. — database and backend infrastructure (hosted on AWS us-east-1).
• Vercel, Inc. — website hosting.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and session records for 3 years for business and tax purposes. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@haloredhealth.com. Note that deletion removes your session history and any remaining pass credits.

6. Email Communications

We send transactional emails only — booking confirmations, session reminders, and QR code delivery. We do not send marketing emails. To stop receiving session reminders, reply to any reminder email with "STOP" or email us at info@haloredhealth.com. You cannot opt out of booking confirmations as they are necessary to complete your transaction.

7. Cookies

Our booking website uses only functional cookies necessary for the site to operate (session authentication). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. No cookie consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies under most applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these policies on their behalf.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@haloredhealth.com. We will respond within 45 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
